Camping Form & Conditions
There is a cut off date for camping all forms need to be with us 
by the 28th May No camping pass - No entry.

Camping is available from noon Saturday 4th June 2011 for ABVWC member clubs.
 
Camping fees have been set at £5 per head plus the £8 entry fee, under 16's are free.
 All entries for camping can only be made in advance,
Due to limited space camping is on a first come first serve basis.

Whilst camping on site please remain within the camping area, no driving around the grounds is
permitted on either the Saturday or Sunday. Water and toilet facilities are available. No open fires
are permitted, BBQ's can be used but must be raised off the ground. Dogs are allowed but must
be kept on a lead at all times and all fouling must be cleaned up. Please ensure you dispose of all
rubbish in the waste facilities provided. Security is on site between 20:00 hours Saturday to 08:00
hours Sunday morning. Remember to take your pass with you if you leave site, no pass no reentry.
Gates will be closed at midnight.
Neither the Association of British VW Clubs or Stonor Park can accept responsibility for injuries,
loss or damage to persons or property that may occur whilst camping on the estate.
